Grande Lusso Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Grande Lusso we strive for the best quality and customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer the possibility to return or exchange your product. Read below how to request a return or exchange.
1. Returns and exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges, provided you notify us within 14 days of receipt .
When can you return or exchange?
✅ You have received the wrong product.
✅ The product has a manufacturing error or defect.
✅ You want to return your order for another reason (for example wrong size or not to your liking).
Return costs are at your own expense, unless it is an error on our part.
2. How do you request a return or exchange?
Follow these steps:

A brief reason for return or exchange

Photos if the product is defective or incorrectly delivered
Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days . If approved, you will receive further instructions for the return or a replacement product.
3. Refund
✔ If your return is approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product .
✔ If you choose an exchange, we will send you a replacement product at no extra cost.
✔ Return shipping costs will only be refunded if there is an error on our part.
4. Exceptions to returns
⚠ Products damaged due to misuse are not covered by our return policy.
⚠ Return requests submitted after 14 days cannot be accepted.
⚠ Personalized or customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
