General Terms and Conditions of Grande Lusso for the Webshop

Article 1 - Definitions
In these general terms and conditions the following terms shall have the following meanings:

Grande Lusso : the sole proprietorship that sells clothing and accessories via the webshop.
Customer : the natural or legal person who enters into an agreement with Grande Lusso.
Agreement : any agreement between Grande Lusso and the customer regarding the purchase of products.
Products : all items offered in the Grande Lusso webshop.
Webshop : the online store of Grande Lusso, accessible via www.grandelusso.com .

Article 2 - Applicability of these Terms and Conditions
2.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements concluded via the webshop.
2.2 By placing an order, the customer agrees to these general terms and conditions.
2.3 Deviations from these conditions are only valid if agreed in writing.

Article 3 - The Offer and the Conclusion of the Agreement
3.1 All offers in the webshop are without obligation and can be changed at any time.
3.2 An agreement is concluded as soon as the customer places an order and Grande Lusso confirms the order.
3.3 Grande Lusso reserves the right to refuse an order without giving any reason.

Article 4 - Prices and Payment Options
4.1 All prices in the webshop are stated in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
4.2 Payment must be made via the payment methods offered in the webshop.
4.3 If a payment is not received on time, Grande Lusso reserves the right to cancel the order.

Article 5 - Delivery, Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer.
5.2 Grande Lusso strives to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.
5.3 Shipping costs will be stated separately during the ordering process.
5.4 Grande Lusso is not liable for delays caused by the carrier.

Article 6 - Returns and Customer's Right of Withdrawal
6.1 Since all Grande Lusso products are specially produced to order via print-on-demand, returns are only possible in the event of a defect or production error.
6.2 The customer must contact Grande Lusso within 14 days of receipt by email to report a defect or error, including clear photographs of the problem.
6.3 If a return is approved, the customer will receive instructions for returning the product.
6.4 After receipt and inspection of the returned product, a replacement product will be sent or the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.

Article 7 - Liability and Warranty
7.1 Grande Lusso is not liable for damage resulting from the use of the products.
7.2 Grande Lusso's liability remains limited to the purchase price of the product.

Article 8 - Privacy Policy and Data Protection
8.1 Grande Lusso processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.
8.2 Data will not be shared with third parties without the customer's consent, unless this is necessary for the performance of the agreement.

Article 9 - Intellectual Property and Copyright
9.1 All designs, texts and images on the webshop are the property of Grande Lusso and may not be used without permission.

Article 10 - Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1 These general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
10.2 Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
